Access Manitowoc Indigo History April 29 2015, 6 Comments
One of the most frustrating things about diagnosing an ice machine, is catching the problem when it happens. A lot of time can be wrapped up in simply watching an ice machine make ice, hoping to catch the exact moment an ice machine part fails. That’s why Manitowoc included data logging in the Indigo, which allows a technician to read through data history.
To access data history on an Indigo ice machine, press the Checkmark with Data History highlighted. There is a lot of history stored, so to access all the information be sure to use the Down arrow to scroll through all available dates. For each date listed, the following information will become available.
- Minimum Freeze
- Maximum Freeze
- Minimum Harvest
- Maximum Harvest
- Maximum Temperature Delta T3-T4
- Delta
- T3
- T4
- Run Time
- Ice Production
- Cycle Count
- Potable Water
- Clean Cycles
For lifetime information you can access the following information about your ice machine.
- Install Date
- Control Board Replacement Date
- Control Board DOM or date it was manufactured
- Run Time
- Cycle Count
- Potable Water
- Clean Cycles
Some of this information may be inaccurate, due to failing probes or ambient temperature swings. However, the history of cycles found in your Indigo ice maker can better help technicians diagnose the problem and faster. This all helps save you maintenance costs when keeping your business, IN ICE!

we are having problems with our ice machine serial # sd1403w with no faults coming up I looked at the light code and the green lights are on and the light above the red SL #1 and # 2 flashes every couple of seconds. The problem is that sometimes it just is running water down into the ice storage area after the tray is full. it does drop some ice every couple of cycles. any help would appreciate it

Kelly, the E11 code is for a refrigeration fault. This may be an indication that you have a failing refrigeration component. Are there any other symptoms?

I have an indigo series ice machine that will set a e11 code, shut itself down and restart on its own in a day or so.
