This is a plastic distribution tube used on the following Manitowoc ice machines:

This Manitowoc part is also the OEM replacement on Kool-Aire ice machines, model K350 and K250.

What does it do?

This Manitowoc ice machine part mounts to the top of the evaporator and distributes water evenly over the evaporator grid.  It's important to keep all holes clean, any obstructions can cause ice formation to change and not harvest properly.  The white plastic tube comes with new o-rings for a new seal and thumb screws.
