Manitowoc has just released a parts communicator notifying of an upcoming water inlet valve upgrade. The new valve should be beefier, will fit a larger number of machines, and hopefully simplify installation. The new valves will become available on IceMakerPartsShop.com after the first of the year. For now, continue using the water inlet valve called for from the Manitowoc parts breakdown.
