Manitowoc has just released a Parts and Service Communicator announcing a change to current Manitowoc Indigo ice maker control boards. It’s a maintenance update that will allow the control board to display graphical characters.
This graphical change to control boards will not affect US customers, as the ability is only used to show special characters used in the Chinese, Korean, Greek, and Russian languages. In addition, in some cases the board itself is not being changed, simply the LCD display board.

Again, this will not require a change in the field of your existing Indigo ice maker display board. This is just an update to parts dealers so that they can have the most up to date parts available for their customers when time to replace.
